WHO IS A PERM? A PERM is a person who has a permanent site at camp for the entire season. They pay a Perm fee and are allowed to live at camp in their trailer or building all summer. Day campers, tent campers and campers who bring their trailers are not Perms. Non-Perms must have reservations to camp at Hillside; Perms do not.
