SPONSORING AN ALL-CAMP EVENT IS AS SIMPLE AS 1, 2, 3!
1. If the season's calendar has been posted look to see if there is time to have a party on the weekend you want. You can normally determine this by clicking on the month button above to review events for that month. All approved events will be listed. If something isn't listed, it means it's not happening until it appears.
2. Once you select a weekend, send an e-mail to the Webmaster with complete information including date, time, theme name, location and contact person.
3. The Webmaster is also the camp's event director and he will get back to you quickly. If he needs to discuss the event with Dave for approval that will be done quickly. You should have a decision within a day or two.
That's all there is to it. Once your party is approved you are responsibly for keeping the Hillside Webmaster informed as to any changes that may occur. It's important that the event be publicized both on this site and at camp using posters.
If the party is to take place at the Rec Hall make sure that's made clear and any arrangements that need to be made for refreshments are done well in advance of the event.
